Use the following to determine if your browser is blocking pop-ups and change the settings to allow pop-ups from Chocolate Inn. 

Determine if Internet Explorer is blocking a pop-up window. 

If you see this icon underneath the address bar:

or the icon on the status bar (at the bottom of the browser window), Internet Explorer has blocked a pop-up. 

Unblock a pop-up window that has been blocked by Internet Explorer. 

Follow these steps to restore a pop-up window that was blocked by Internet Explorer: 

1. Click on the popup blocker icon on the status bar (bottom of the browser window), to display the pop-up blocker menu. 

2.         From the menu select Always allow Pop-ups from This Site....

 

3.         Click the Yes button to confirm.

This adds the Chocolate Inn website to the list of Allowed Sites so future pop-ups will be displayed. 

4.         Refresh the webpage (F5). 

5.         Continue to the next procedure if pop-ups are still being blocked. 

Manually setting preferences in Internet Explorer to allow pop-ups.

Follow these steps to change the settings in Internet Explorer to allow pop-ups from Chocolate Inn: 

1.         From the Tools menu select Pop-up Blocker >> Pop-up Blocker Settings...

2.         In the field titled Address of the website to allow: type www.chocolateinn.net and click the Add button. 

3.         The Chocolate Inn website should now appear in the list of allowed sites. 

4.         Click the Close button to save and exit. 

The Chocolate Inn website will now be saved to your list of Internet Explorer Allowed Sites for pop-up windows.  Unfortunately, setting the Internet Explorer preferences to allow pop-ups from a site will not guarantee they will always be displayed. 

5.                   If the pop-up window is still being blocked, check to see if a plug-in is responsible and/or call us for further assistance.
